This set of three motets for mixed a cappella chorus was written for and premiered by the United States Air Force Singing Sergeants under the direction of Dr. Craig Jessop. Though intended to be sung as a set, excerpting is effective when time does not permit using all three. Texts are drawn from the collection of ancient Celtic prayers called Carmina Gaedelica which was assembled and translated by Alexander Carmichael. Somewhat challenging; some divisi.
